Formulated with Black Castor Oil, this daily hair lotion restores hair’s natural moisture balance, imparts long-lasting. Adds shine and provides maximum heat protection. With consistent use, hair will begin to show improved elasticity, hydration, and shine. Suitable for all hair types. Directions: Apply a small amount to hands, rub together and massage through hair and scalp. Blow dry and style hair as usual. Here at Murphy's Hair and Beauty, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We know that you don't want to wait too long for your order to arrive.

We offer free standard postage (2-3 working days) and an upgrade to Royal Mail 24 for 99p (30p for each additional item). Any order that we receive before 2pm on a working day will be dispatched on the same day. However, although we promise to dispatch your order quickly, it should be remembered that delivery is not guaranteed within this timescale and parcels can occasionally take longer to reach their destinations. If you have any concerns about delivery, contact us.

Parcels sent to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands, certain parts of Scotland, Europe and the rest of the world will usually take a little longer to arrive.

Should you need to return any item to us for any reason please contact us.

Unwanted Goods

Please return goods unused and in original packaging in perfect condition for resale within 30 days of receipt. We recommend obtaining proof of postage. A full refund will be made on receipt of the returned goods. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs when returning unwanted goods.

Faulty Goods

If any of the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge. Exchanging goods If you would like to exchange any items please contact us and we will do our best to get your exchanged items to you. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of sending the unwanted item back to us and also the shipping costs for sending out the exchange item.

Changing or Cancelling your order

If you would like to cancel your order please do so before it has been dispatched. This is usually before 2pm on the same working day. If you would like to amend your order and the order has not been dispatched we will happily take payment of the extra items and send all items out together. If your order has already been dispatched we cannot add any more items and you will be required to place an additional order.

Will any return costs be refunded?

If you return something because of an error on our part or because it's damaged or defective, we will refund any charges incurred in returning the item to us (either by a personalized pre-paid return label or by refunding your return postage costs). We'll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to recharge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

When will I receive my refund? We process all refunds the same day we receive the goods back and it can take up to 3-5 working days for the refund to show on your card.

Return Policy

Return Policy

You have the right to cancel and return an order within 14 days, for any reason and without any justification as long as it's in its original packaging.

Note: Medications, Foodstuff, Cosmetics, and Fragile items like plates and pottery are not returnable.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

How to Process Your Returns

Enter your details and select the best return reason for you.

Get product support: We offer solutions to help you try to fix any issues so that you can prevent the stress of returns and also keep the love of the thing you have bought. Because sometimes no return is the easiest return after all.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  1. Book with obvious signs of use
  2. CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  3. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges (if applicable)

Grade Gold

Look like new, no difference. Comes with full HP Warranty, unlike curries, pc world, Carphone warehouse etc. which use cheap 3rd party Warranty. All Grade Gold HP Renews comes in original retail boxes.

 Grade Silver

Look like new no difference. Comes with full HP Warranty, unlike curries, pc world, carphone warehouse etc. which use cheap 3rd party Warranty. They come in brown boxes.

 Grade Bronze

Look like new no difference but with slight cosmetic marks, comes with a full HP Warranty, unlike curries, pc world, Carphone warehouse etc. which use cheap 3rd party Warranty. They come in brown boxes."

 Grade A: "New" or "Pristine as new"

Grade A-: Pristine screen but may have 1 or 2 small cosmetic marks on the outer case Grade Grade B+: = Hairline marks on the screen, so visible when not in use, shouldn't be visible in use.

Grade B: There be visible marks on the screen and also when in use.

Grade B-: Same as above but will be more prominent.

Grade C: May have severe cosmetic marks/damage but full functioning

We do apologise in advance to all our computer customers, due to some technical issues beyond our control we are not able to do a next day delivery on any of our computers, delivery of computers is between 3 - 7 working days.
